Two new competence trainings to accompany professional coaches

EEC launches two programmes on ICF competencies for ACC and PCC coaches.

Professional coaching requires continuous training and updating on the part of these professionals, who have to review their way of doing and their practice to confirm, on the one hand, that they are in line with the demands of their role and, on the other hand, to advance and deepen their know-how.

In response to this need for coaches, Escuela Europea de Coaching is launching two training programmes. Two training sessions that will be released in online mode around the turn of the summer and that look the professionals who are already ACC and PCC coaches in the eye.

Advanced Programme for Expert Coaches

This programme, which starts on 19 September, prepares the PCC cars to advance in their practice through the incorporation of a deeper look at competencies, at MCC level. In fact, this training is a preparation for the ICF CQI level exam and is already in the pipeline for the new Level 3 accreditation.

Training in key coach competencies

This programme is aimed at both ACC and PCC coaches who want to improve the way they do business. coaching at PCC level, reviewing the new ICF competencies and contrasting their way of doing things with the EEC trainers. The online programme starts in October and is recognised with 20 ICF continuing education credits.
