On the occasion of International Coaching Week powered by ICF, and Escuela Europea de Coaching we have celebrated a special programme of activities that has brought together Over 400 people registered around some of the big challenges and conversations in coaching today.
During this edition, from EEC, we have offered meetings in Spanish and English, in online and in-person formats, which have allowed coaching to be brought closer to new people and, at the same time, to delve deeper into its practice, its impact, and its application in areas as diverse as education, learning, neuroscience, skills development, and systemic perspectives.
Sharing the essence of the coaching we practice at EEC
Throughout the week, participants have had the opportunity to explore how to care for adolescents through our words, understand the biological basis involved in changing habits and beliefs, and reinforce the importance of emotions in learning, also within the framework of a session taught in English.
During these sessions, from EEC we have offered a taste of the essence of the coaching we practice: our own rigorous and experiential methodology, which is also part of our academic programmes.
Programming has allowed, Furthermore, to delve into the competencies of the coach at the highest level, as well as to learn methods and resources for developing a systemic outlook, in a proposal connected with the current challenges of coaching.
Role models for coaching and shared learning, ICF's International Coaching Week in EEC
One of the highlights of this International Coaching Week at EEC has been the participation of highly respected coaches, including credentialed professionals MCC, the highest ICF accreditation.
Among the speakers they have been Rosa Barriuso, Patxi Rocha, Raquel Guarnieri bond Isabel Cid-Harguindey, alongside coaches PCC as Ana Escobar, Sandra Díaz, Montse Sans, Beatriz Roca and Sofia Taouqi, who have sharedExperience, tools and applied reflection in each of the activities.
Especially significant has been the session “What truly drives learning. Innovative Education. Keys for coaches”, in which attendees have been able to experience what awakens the motivation to learn and what sustains it over time, a key issue that the coach also helps to generate in the coaching conversation.
Coaching with impact, in and out of the classroom
With this programming, we at EEC have wanted to show not only the The relevance of coaching in the face of current challenges, but also the concrete way in which it puts it into practice: from an integrative perspective, with its own methodology, and with a strong commitment to transformative learning.
The high turnout recorded during this ICF International Coaching Week at EEC has confirmed, once again, the interest in continuing to generate spaces for development, reflection, and shared practice around quality coaching, connected with reality and capable of impact.
