During the conference, the vision of what coaching is and the working approach was presented. In addition, one of the most prestigious training programs of the EEC, the International Team Coaching Program, was explained. This program will be launched in Santiago de Chile later. Both topics were presented by Silvia Guarnieri, founding partner of the EEC and MCC coach by the ICF, and Luis Carchak, associate director of specialization programs and MCC coach by the ICF.
Specifically, for one of the attendees, the presentation by Luis Carchak on Team Coaching was viewed as follows: "Luis's presentation was very interesting, highlighting EEC's unique approach to team coaching. It provided something new for many of the attendees. With humor and practical examples, he demonstrated the effectiveness of the methodology employed.".
The arrival in Chile, the birthplace of coaching, of this Spanish company was backed by two important testimonies, those given by Juan Vera, a coach for politicians, and Pedro Villar, former CEO of Atento, offering their testimony as former students and clients of the EEC in Spain.
