On 5th September, an intensive modality of the programme coordinated by Luis Carchak begins.
On September 5th, the European School of Coaching (EEC) launches in Madrid Its training and development in Team Coaching, delivered intensively over five consecutive days. The programme offers a dual development path, for coaches aspiring to conduct live coaching with a work team during actual meetings, and for team leaders seeking tools to help their teams achieve high performance.
In Team Coaching, participants will train the use of specific tools and techniques to develop team confidence, commitment, and results. As coaches, they will also train their systemic perspective, enabling them to coach based on what they observe rather than solely on the client's narrative, as happens in individual coaching. They will identify hidden commitments and the emotions within the team, and learn to spot unproductive behaviours and rules, guiding the team to replace them with productive ones.
The programme has a duration of 53 hours of face-to-face training and awards a total of 53 ICF Continuing Coach Education Credits (CCEUs), valid for the renewal of ACC, PCC or MCC accreditations. The intensive training will take place on 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 September at EEC headquarters in Madrid. The traditional edition of the training, which is held once a week, will start in Madrid on 10 October and at EEC Barcelona on 8 November.
