Escuela Europea de Coaching (EEC) takes advantage of this greater availability and offers intensive formats of its prestigious Executive Coaching Certification Programme in July and August in Madrid and Barcelona.
Aimed at team leaders, managers and business professionals, the Cycle I of the Executive Coaching Certification Programmeis a skills training soft (communication, assertiveness, listening, coordination of actions...) necessary, as well as the necessary hard skillsto work in multi-location, diverse or agile teams.
At EEC Madrid, Cycle I Intensive can be taken in July, from 24 to 27, and also in August, from 28 to 31 August. EEC Barcelona offers an intensive session that starts on 27 August and is held on the following three consecutive days, 28, 29 and 30 August.
Delivered by coaches with active experience in business environments, Cycle I consists of 32 hours of classroom training and an individual coaching process for each participant whose objective is to promote experiential and experiential learning, 100% learning by doing, so that each participant develops their areas of improvement and enhances those in which they are already effective.
