The founding partner of the EEC, Silvia Guarnieri, and the director of the Team Coaching programme, Luis Carchak, both MCC coaches, are once again part of the line-up of coaching experts brought together by the 30-day Coaching Challenge platform, now in its fifth edition in 2020.
In one month and free of charge, Desafío Coaching 30 days brings together in the same virtual environment the most prominent personalities in the world of coaching. Along with representatives from the EEC, this 2020 edition features the presence of professionals such as Julio Olalla, Jim Selman, Fred Kofman, Alain Cardon and Humberto Maturana, among many others.
The EEC coaches will start on 4 September with the participation of Silviia Guarnieri, who, together with coaches Roco Pacheco and Rainier Hidalgo, will address their reflections on 'The soul of the coach' in a webinar.
Luis Carchak will speak on 14 September in a conversation called 'The strength of a team with the same purpose' together with Juan Lizaiturry, who has led transformation processes in companies such as Coca Cola and Campofrío.

Coaching 30 Days Challenge, an initiative promoted by Coaching Global, proposes in this edition that the most outstanding teachers and referents of human development participate in a conversation with sports, political, music and entertainment leaders.
Coaching Challenge 30 days, 100% online from 1 to 30 September, schedules two lectures per day and is free of charge upon registration.
