In this sense, Susana Cortés assures that Novartis has embraced coaching in different areas and functions and highlights the positive impact it has had, continues to have and the potential that can still be harnessed.
On a personal level, she notes that the training has had an impact on her own leadership style and highlights a greater empathy and closeness in her approach in each of her conversations. Thus, she says that thinking about Escuela Europea de Coaching is to think of a personal journey in which she was able to get to know herself from a totally different perspective and start using tools that she did not have.
20 years accompanying people and organisations
