After two years of research and preparation, Escuela Europea de Coaching (EEC) launched this winter Emotional Awareness, a long-awaited programme that is now being held in a weekend edition.
Emotional Awareness delves into the world of emotions, given that they are an essential ingredient in the processes of change and transformation. "We start from the premise that we are more effective as leaders and as coaches when we know and manage emotional ups and downs," say the EEC directors.
The programme has an experiential and eminently practical format that invites you to go through the experience and learn in first person. "Part of the work will be to reencounter each participant with his or her body as the great theatre of emotions," explain the experts. Among the emotions that will be analysed and experienced are joy, passion, anger, fear, sadness, love and trust.
The new weekend format of the training is adapted to the needs of those interested and will be held on Fridays and Saturdays. Specifically, it will be held on Fridays and Saturdays, 26th, 27th May, 9th, 10th, 23rd and 24th June, from 9am to 6pm. In addition, EEC has already scheduled a second weekend edition that will start on 20 October.
