With the arrival of summer and holidays, the Escuela Europea de Coaching academic department is increasing the opportunities for intensive training in coaching, communication, emotional management and leadership skills.
The aim of the intensive versions of the programme Executive Coaching Initiation CycleThe aim is to provide flexible options for participants. Specifically, EEC presents three training formats: two face-to-face formats in July and one online format in August.
One week face-to-face in July, two weeks online in August
The July intensive format will take place in July in Madrid and Barcelona over four consecutive days, from 27-30 July. Participants will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a dedicated learning environment, with sessions scheduled from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
For those looking for a more convenient option in terms of location or availability, EEC is offering an online format in August. This programme will run for eight days, from 21 to 24 and 28 to 31 August, with sessions scheduled from 15:00 to 19:00 (Spanish mainland time).

It is important to note that all of the EEC's intensive programmes are endorsed and supported by the International Coach Federation (ICF), a globally recognised organisation in the field of coaching. This guarantees that participants will receive quality training, backed by the international standards of the profession.
