New format of the online coaching programme at EEC

10 March 2020

Next April, the EEC will be launching its online coaching training Cycle I, the first part of its prestigious ACTP Executive Coaching Certification Programme, which has been certifying professional coaches since 2003.

Methodology for good online coaching

With a total of 44 hours of training divided into 3-hour online sessions, this new Cycle I Online offers the experience of learning to coach and not just learning what coaching consists of, thanks to the participative and 'learning by doing' methodology that is characteristic of EEC.

The EEC online coaching training is carried out through a synchronous classroom that allows you to attend the virtual sessions with the trainer live and to carry out dynamics between classmates and has a methodology adapted to the virtual format. In addition, this online Cycle I includes access to the EEC Campus in Canvas (to consult the material and documentation relating to the programme at all times).

As part of the EEC training and learning guarantee, each participant enjoys a triple accompaniment: academic: to ensure their learning; personal: from their individual coach; and technological: thanks to the support of a technical specialist at all times during the training.

In addition, this online Cycle I includes the valuable process of individual coaching of three sessions for each of the participants, which in this case will be done virtually on the platforms that EEC is already using on a regular basis.

This format of Cycle I starts on 14 April and will take place over 10 days until 19 May in three-hour training sessions. Specifically, the days are 14, 16, 21, 23, 28 and 30 April and 5, 7, 12 and 19 May from 17:00 to 20:00 hours in Spanish peninsular time. At the end of the course, participants will receive a diploma recognised as ACSTH, as the programme is certified as such by the IFC.

Quality and experience with online coaching

EEC has been delivering open online and in-company programmes since 2013. Online course formats that today include programmes such as this one Cycle I which starts in April, in addition to those already being offered, such as the Cycle II Intensive Blended; the programme of Mentoring (100% online), by Mentor Coach (100% online), and the more recent Coaching, Wellness and Neuroscience: Biology of Observer Change (100% online).

This format of Cycle I is a new modality of a programme that has already been taught in Spain, Italy, Portugal, Mexico and Colombia and that now, thanks to this technological adaptation, can be followed from anywhere in the world without the need to travel.

This online coaching training is an international certification for people who want to start a career as a coach, as well as for professionals who want to enhance their soft skills in order to develop their career in their current positions.
