Escuela Europea de Coaching presents a new training programme "Crafts for the Coach". designed for coaches with advanced experience and led by the outstanding coach Luis Carchak, MCC with more than 7,000 hours and expert in team coaching.
The new coach programme is designed to enable participants to deepen their understanding of advanced coaching techniques and reflective coaching tools, connecting directly to the ICF Key Competencies.
The program "Crafts for the Coach", which will be held in Madrid and starts with a launch price on 10 May, is structured around three workshops given by Luis Carchak based on his own experiences, each one exploring fundamental aspects of the art of coaching: the use of silence as a tool for reflection, the ability to reflect to strengthen confidence and the exploration of paradoxes to accompany conflict resolution.
With a total duration of 18 teaching hours and 18 ICF CCE credits, the new programme promises to enrich the coaching practice of participants, who must hold the ACC, PCC or MCC credentials, by including, in addition to classroom sessions, group work sessions, assignments and individual readings..
