Fernando Vargas, coach and expert in the development of business culture change projects, explained in an online conference how the communication, self-knowledge and leadership skills that coaching provides help professionals, teams and companies on their way to organisational and hierarchical transformation.

In the webinar 'Coaching skills to drive talent, strengths and results', held by Observatorio de los Recursos Humanos and attended by nearly 90 people, the expert gave clear examples of business trends whose pillars are the customer experience, team empowerment and the system as a value generator.

"Systems are changing, teams are becoming more multi-localised, cross-cutting, intra-premises, more diversified. This change can create difficulties of understanding. We need ways of relating to each other to really add value to the structure and to know how to agree when we disagree," said Fernando Vargas, who is director of in-company projects at Escuela Europea de Coaching (EEC).

"In this sense, by bringing coaching into the organisation, on a systemic and individual level, we accompany so that the frictions that naturally occur in human relations in these relational models can accelerate the process of pushing the button up, allowing this new culture to become new habits and new successful behaviours connected with the meaning and purpose of the organisation and, in the same way, with the meaning of the people who constitute it", he went on to explain.
