Among hugs, kisses and many, many laughs Silvia Guarnieri and Eva López-Acevedo, founding partners of Escuela Europea de Coaching, celebrated fifteen years of the organisation, which they launched in September 2003 in Madrid and which currently operates in countries such as Italy, Portugal, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Colombia and Andorra and several cities in Spain.
The event, which was attended by 150 people, took place on Wednesday 21 November at the Luchana Theatres in Madrid, where the highlight was a comedy performance by the Jamming improvisation theatre company and where many moments of emotion and reunion were experienced between several generations of EEC clients, students, coaches, trainers and collaborators.
With the slogan 'New challenges, same commitments', EEC has been celebrating its anniversary and its positioning as a reference in the sector throughout 2018. "The challenge is not to be the first, but to be the first for 15 years," Eva López-Acevedo explained at one point during the evening. "We have recently been given feedback, we have been told that we are the Harvard of coaching," shared Silvia Guarnieri at the close of the celebration. "I don't know if this is so, and if it is, it is certain that it has been possible and it is thanks to each and every one of you", she dedicated to the audience of EEC students, clients and professionals.
15 times thank you

Gratitude back and forth
The message of thanks was also on the lips of the guests at the anniversary party. "At the celebration of 15 years of the EEC you once again demonstrated your professionalism and your affection, your enthusiasm and your strength, your unconditional support and your know-how", said María Kroll, alumna and certified coach, who, referring to the show, said: "many of us have had the privilege of experiencing this transformation in our own flesh, thanks to coaching and, above all, thanks to you, for having been there accompanying us, supporting us and giving us the best on this journey. Thank you very much to the whole EEC team and congratulations.
