The Escuela Europea de Coaching is strengthening its commitment to the internalisation of its coaching offer with the launch of a new edition of its programme in English in 2023.
Certification, participants, resources and international trainers
Everything related to the programme in English has an international character: the facilitators in contact with the students; the resources to apply the EEC's learning by doing methodology; the participants themselves who can attend the online training from anywhere in the world, as well as the certification of the ICF, the organisation that watches over the quality of coaching around the world.
Editions 2023
The Executive Coaching Certification Programwhich is divided into two cycles, Cycle I and Cycle II, will be available in April and June with Cycle I editions, and from October 2023 with the corresponding Cycle II edition.
Content for professionals
Cycle I introduces the participant to the basic skills of coaching: it is a training in concepts such as listening, trust and emotional intelligence, which are essential in relationships and executive coaching.
The Cycle I training also proposes to experience an individual coaching process as a coaching client, so that you can work on your own challenges and feel first-hand how a professional coach carries out his or her role.
Cycle II is an eminently practical format that allows the participant to exercise all the key coaching competencies defined by the ICF and to demonstrate them in their behaviour as a coach.
In total, the Certification in English involves 196 hours of training accredited with the ICF LEVEL 2 Certification of which participants highlight its "excellence in content, methodology, interactions and service in EEC".
