Escuela Europea de Coaching (EEC) announces the launch of its prestigious and acclaimed Team Coaching Program,now offered for the first time.This training, certified by the ICF as AATC, will begin in January 2025.
This new format allows professionals from around the world to access high-quality training, participating exclusively in live streaming sessions. The program holds the Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching (AATC) granted by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), ensuring the highest standards of rigor and excellence in team coaching education.
Unlike individual coaching, which focuses on personal narratives, this Team Coaching program in January immerses participants in direct interactions with teams, enabling them to make an immediate and significant impact.
Over 75 hours of training participants will develop essential skills for supporting teams in real time. Guided by active experts in team and organizational coaching, they will share their initial experiences as team coaches, receive feedback, and learn practical tools and dynamics. Additionally, each participant will coach a real team, applying their learning in live contexts.
