EEC launches its Emotional Intelligence and Body Communication programmes in online format

18 March 2020

Understanding emotions, sensations in the body, micro-pictures, in short, deciphering the messages sent by the body is the common objective of two programmes that EEC now offers in an online format.

These are the programmes 'Expert Coach in Emotional Management and Awareness' and 'The power of non-verbal communication: keys to interpret body language', which can be taken online from 28 March and 16 April, respectively.

Emotional intelligence

Coach Expert in Emotional Management and Conscientiousness' online allows to delve into certain emotions to facilitate the emotional self-knowledge of the person and, from there, to raise the emotional intelligence that allows to choose an effective response. In addition, the programme shows how to change from one emotion to another, if this is necessary to achieve the objectives.

In this sense, the online programme is especially designed for coaches, so that they can understand their own emotions and accompany their coaching clients in change processes.

Body intelligence

Based on the discipline known as Synergology, 'The power of non-verbal communication: keys to interpreting body language' reveals the messages behind the gestures and silences of the people we talk to. By delving into conscious and non-conscious body language, as an example, it allows us to anticipate the word that the speaker will say after a gesture.

This programme is of real use to headhunters, salespeople and coaches, professionals who have to train their listening and communication effectiveness in detail.

Online and live coaching

Both programmes are 100% live online, as they are conducted via a synchronous classroom, i.e. the trainer delivers the content live to meet the needs of each group and each specific participant. EEC provides each student with experts from the EEC Support team, who are in charge of facilitating each connection.

Finally, the EEC online coaching programmes are supported by Campus EEC, the academic support platform that facilitates virtual documentation.
