EEC explains in Barcelona the systemic leadership needed to embrace Agile Methodologies

21 November 2018

The implementation of agile methodologies in organisations is bringing about a paradigm shift, focused on boosting the self-regulation of work teams. A change that requires leaders to learn new ways of relating to each other, boosting trust and commitment without losing focus on results.

This is the central theme of the seminar: 'Coaching teams for systemic leadership', which Escuela Europea de Coaching (EEC) will offer on Friday 23 November, at Fundació Factor Humà, in Barcelona.

This eminently practical workshop will focus on the tools that a team can use to maintain healthy and genuine relationships between its members, with the aim of strengthening the systemic view and obtaining resources for effective team management.

Questions about how to build effective teams, the keys to cohesion, how to strengthen and nurture relationships within the team, and the influence of trust on team results will be addressed during the workshop.

Aimed at team leaders and managers, team members interested in improving their skills and/or team facilitators, the seminar will be led by Fernando Vargas, EEC's Project Director.
