The people managers of these four organisations are taking part as speakers in the new online cycle presented by EEC Consultancy.
"EEC Corporate Talks is the new series of online talks and interviews launched by Escuela Europea de Coaching with the aim of being a source of inspiration and learning in the field of people management. The event, designed for HR managers, will enable attendees to listen to outstanding leaders and acquiring innovative ideas to meet the challenges current developments in the field of Human Resources.
The cycle will take place virtually from June to November and will have an interview format with the participation of prominent business leaders who rely on the work and support of EEC Consultancy for the development of their vision and strategies in the field of Human Resources.
A must-have agenda
On Wednesday 7 June, under the title "Bankinter's strategy for progress requires prepared leaders", the Cycle will begin with Susana Sagi-Vela, Talent, Learning & Development Director at BANKINTERwho will be in conversation with Eva López-Acevedo, Founding Partner of EEC. This meeting promises to provide an enriching insight into the challenges and innovative solutions in the field of talent and development.
On Thursday 28 September, it will be the turn of Eva Fernandez Aparicio, Talent & Leadership Bupa Europe & Latam at SANITAS. On this occasion, he will be in conversation with Juan Luis Ayuso, Director of Business Development at EEC. Together, they will explore leadership and talent strategies in the context of the healthcare industry.
Thursday 26 October, Mónica Serra, Brand General Manager Spain & Portugal at LA ROCHE-POSAYwill share his experience in an interview with Fernando Vargas, Project Director at EEC. The discussion will focus on brand management and the importance of business culture in organisational success.
16 November, Mercè Barquero, BPHR and Communication Manager at Otsukawill be the last speaker of the year and in her case she will talk about the impact on the company after completing an executive coaching programme. She will be interviewed by Joan Díaz, Director of Business and EEC Catalonia.
