The first meeting of the 'Conversando Con' cycle kicked off on 20 March with Silvia Guarnieri, founding partner of the EEC and Master Coach, reflecting on the 'Antifragile and the Black Swan'. The last of these meetings was held on 15 May with a joint reflection by Silvia and Eva López-Acevedo, also a founding partner of the EEC, on 'The birth of a new consciousness'.
Between them, 48 free meetings with 43 speakers, all trainers and facilitators from Escuela Europea de Coaching, who addressed emotions such as fear, surprise and sadness associated with confinement and the pandemic. Also, core coping skills such as listening, vulnerability, communication and humour. And finally, reflections on the future in relation to leadership, the reorganisation of organisations and the needs of teams.
Figures from a cycle that has touched the soul
"We have tried to reflect in figures what has happened in this cycle, although the most important thing is invisible: how do we photograph an experience that has touched our souls? The value of this cycle has been to have accompanied more than 1,000 people in one of the most uncertain moments we have experienced as a society. So, although it is impossible to graphically capture the emotions, the tears, the jokes, the learning and the company generated, we have tried to reflect the most visible traces", say those responsible for EEC.
In summary, the Conversando Con webinars consisted of a total of 48 webinars of at least 30 minutes each, led by 43 different speakers between Friday 20 March and Friday 15 May. More than 1,200 people subscribed by email and more than 200 people on average have connected live each day. day. A podcast channel has been collecting the audios of these podcasts, which have been listened to more than 4,100 times, with an average of 200 listens each.
