EEC Change Day, an event to accompany the challenges in people management

BBVA, L’orèal, Clovis Oncology, Rituals, Sephora and Sandoz will share their experience overcoming challenges with EEC Consultoría, in an exclusive event for HR that will take place on October 20 in a hybrid format.

EEC Change Day 2022 it is an exclusive invitation for Talent management professionals and their leaders at companies with whom to share trends, solutions, and empathy. A hybrid format event that can be followed via streaming and in person in Madrid and Barcelona.

The goal of Change Day is twofold. On the one hand, Empathize with HR teams that they face the challenges of the post-pandemic period; of hybrid work and flexibility; of concern for team productivity and motivation; of inclusion and diversity.

On the other hand, share the trends and successes that EEC has been observing and implementing This 2022, with the help of clients like BBVA, L’orèal, Clovis Oncology, Rituals, Sephora and Sandoz, To enable this group of leaders and people managers to reflect on new strategies and possibilities for successfully intervening in their environments.

Unique first-person experiences at Change Day

Change Day, reflection and dynamization in a hybrid format
