On 14 March 2019, the second edition of the HR & Dircom International Forum: Building Reputation will take place at the Bankia Auditorium, Madrid, a meeting point for HR directors and communication directors, whose mission is to facilitate information and provide an exchange of experiences on the subject at an international level between high-level professionals with management functions in human resources and communication.
Fernando Vargas, project director at EEC, will be in charge of the event organised by the International Organisation of Human Capital Managers - DCH, Corporate Excellence - Centre for Reputation Leadership and the Association of Communication Managers - Dircom.
The keynote address, Making assessment work for the organisation, will be given by Helen Baron BPS British Psychological Society Co-convenor of the BPS Working Group on Assessment Centre Standards.
Carlos Rey, Director of the Chair of Mission Management and Corporate Governance UIC - International University of Catalonia, will address the 'Importance of Purpose for Communication and Alignment of Corporate Culture.
Finally, a round table will combine the opinions of HR and Communication directors Amalia Blanco, General Director of Communication and Institutional Relations, Bankia; David López Puig, Deputy General Director of People and Culture, Bankia; Purificación González Pérez, Director of Communication and PR, Movistar; José María Pestaña, Chief Resources Officer, Movistar; Susana Posada, Head of Corporate Communication and Responsible Business, Leroy Merlin; and Ana Belén Rodríguez, Director of Talent Attraction, Leroy Merlin.
