Organized in conjunction with ORH, the webinar is specifically aimed at Human Resources, Talent and Team Management executives immersed in the current «uncertain, fluid and unpredictable organizational context that brings with it a fear that leaders must address by creating empowered networks and permeating trust throughout the organization,» according to Fernando Vargas, the lead of the online workshop.
«In this current paradigm, we don’t have the answers or the knowledge, but as an empowered network we will have the capacity to take on the responsibility to decide, act, make mistakes a lot, and quickly learn from them,» continues the coach and agile coach, for whom the solution lies in «the role of the leader being aligned with the ability to generate empowerment, feedback, transparency, collective intelligence, emotional intelligence, transformative listening, inspiration, and trust».
