17 July 2023

Escuela Europea de Coaching (EEC) launches, within its EEC Alumni community, activities in English from September.

The first event will be an observed and analysed coaching session. The session will be led by Emilio Arsuaga, coach and supervisor at EEC, and Ruth Gavilan, co-director of academics at EEC Madrid, who will moderate the analysis of the session based on the ICF Model of Key Competencies of the Coach.

The date for this first activity in English will be 25 September and will take place online, free of charge and open to the public.

Launching EEC Alumni community activities in English is essential to ensure the inclusion, global reach, knowledge sharing and professional development of alumni in an increasingly international and connected environment, according to Escuela Europea de Coaching officials.

A focus, especially but not only, on people who have studied, are studying or are going to study the Executive Coaching Certification Program.

A live practice on ICF competencies

During this session, participants will share observations on the evidence shown by the coach on various ICF core competencies. Topics such as establishing session agreement, awareness-generating interventions and coach presence will be discussed.

Escuela Europea de Coaching and its learning community EEC Alumni aim to provide a valuable opportunity for alumni to improve their coaching skills, learn from industry experts and connect with other professionals. More information at alumni.coordinacion@escuelacoaching.com.
