Educating the leaders of the future for an unprecedented leap into the void' is the title of the cycle that the Gicaf group (Grupo de Innovación Coaching Adolescentes y Familia) is launching in April to share resources in the field of youth education.
Gicaf, the working group formed by participants in the Escuela Europea de Coaching's 'Specialisation in adolescents and families' programme to give continuity to their interests and projects, inaugurates this cycle of 11 online workshops as part of its Escuela de Familia programme.
The lectures, which are open to the public and free of charge, aim to provide fathers, mothers, tutors or educators with tools to build effective relationships in the accompaniment and development of young adolescents, in the current context of uncertainty and crisis.
The different members of Gicaf certified in 'Specialisation in adolescents and families' at Escuela Europea de Coaching, will address topics related to four main blocks: innovation, creativity, trust and responsibility.
The first workshop, 'Curiosity as a learning accelerator', will take place on 21 April and the cycle will be held weekly.
