Escuela Europea de Coaching and Built Agile, specialists in training programmes and agile certifications, are launching their collaboration agreement with the introduction of the 'Coaching for Agile Teams' programme, which begins on 19 October and is aimed at certified coaches.
The Built Agile team is made up of senior professionals who have been collaborating for 15 years as Change and Transformation Agents within organisations. At Built Agile, they support individuals and companies to BE Agile and to DO Agile. They hold all the accreditations in the field of agility (Scrum Master, Kanban, Product Owner, Leadership...). This is a context to which they have dedicated themselves almost exclusively for the last 5 years.
Escuela Europea de Coaching, which has been supporting individuals and organisations to expand their future since 2003, is driving a business line that it has been developing within companies and openly for years, training specialists in agility in coaching skills, and now training already certified coaches in specific agility skills.
'Coaching for Agile Teams'
In the programme launching on 19 October, participants will have the opportunity to take part in an educational sequence simulating a full Scrum Sprint and will gain a deep understanding of the Agile Mindset and the Scrum and Kanban frameworks. Furthermore, they will incorporate and train Team Coach skills practically by conducting team coaching sessions.
