A total of 18 BBVA Bancomer managers and executives have just graduated as executive coaches trained in the EEC's Executive Coaching Certification Programme, a quality training programme recognised worldwide by the ICF coaches' federation, which the EEC has carried out exclusively for the bank in Mexico City.
These 18 recent participants make up the second generation of coaches trained by the EEC at BBVA Bancomer in the Mexican capital, where in 2014 the EEC trained another 15 professionals, 14 from BBVA Bancomer and 1 from BBVA Argentina. In total, there are now 33 executive coaches certified through the EEC.
The Executive Coaching Certification Programme that the EEC has set up at BBVA Bancomer consisted of two blocks of face-to-face training alternating with synchronous classroom sessions, i.e., carried out live via a specific EEC online training platform.
Rated with an average of 4.88 out of 5, the participants of this edition have highlighted above all that it has been “a personal and professional journey in which, thanks to the generosity of the great EEC team, paths are travelled that illuminate, refresh and update the commitment of managers to listen and help others to achieve great results”, as expressed by Alfonso Bustos.
For Mario García Travesi, the methodology has been fundamental. “It is an excellent programme that, being both face-to-face and online, allows students to participate without leaving their work activities aside, and the content and experience of the professionals who teach it is excellent”.
These opinions are in addition to those expressed by the participants in 2014, including Ricardo Hernández Romo, “this programme is highly recommended and very useful for those in leadership roles, thanks to it I have developed skills that will allow me to accompany my coachees in identifying and eliminating the barriers that prevent them from developing personally and professionally”.
