In the face of this health emergency, which is affecting families, the working environment and society in general, we hope that you are managing to adapt to the changes with courage, openness and efficiency. As coaches, our role is to accompany people in processes of change. And from our experience, we believe that we can contribute ideas to connect with an encouraging emotion that allows us to visualise a desirable future for each of us and for our environments. As trainers, facilitators and from the academic direction of EEC we are taking the measures that people and companies need at this moment: - we are checking availability and preference of each pupil when it comes to making the changes that we see as necessary. (If you are on a programme and we haven't called you, we will do so shortly).
- we are scheduling new dates of some of the trainings scheduled to be held in online format
- we are postponing class dates to take them up again when we are able to do them in person.
- we are responding to online demand and increasing our online offer with new programmes
- we are doing online all individual coaching sessions
- we are teleworking from today 16 March until the communication of new policy measures.
These are measures that we are taking today, with the information we have today, and with which we want to give an individual response according to the needs of each person. We want to connect with listening, learning, surprise and also with responsiveness. Finally, let's keep adding collaboration and flexibility to continue building in community. |
