A summer to enjoy: new intensive training courses in coaching

7 June 2022

We present the calendar of intensive summer formats of the Cycle I of Initiation.

Becoming a coach takes time and, now, the first step to becoming a coach can be somewhat shorter. Becoming a coach is a learning process that begins with a single step: Cycle I Initiation.

Escuela Europea de Coaching offers three intensive editions of its Cycle I of Initiation. Specifically, two intensive face-to-face editions in July in EEC Barcelona and EEC Madrid and one more online in August EEC.

Cycle I in Madrid, Barcelona and Online

The July on-site editions offer Intensive Cycle I of four consecutive days, from Thursday to Sunday, 28th, 29th, 30th and 31st July. The online edition, on the other hand, allows you to take Cycle I on 22, 23, 24, 25, 29, 30 and 31 August in the afternoon.

The Coaching Certification

The European Coaching School Certification programme is divided into two cycles. The Initiation Cycle I allows to get to know the basic and conceptual principles and to experience coaching in the role of a client. Cycle II of Certification is a programme that combines the addition of new concepts and techniques with practice and constant supervision and feedback for each participant.

This new EEC proposal for the summer of 2022 is for Cycle I Initiation, so that participants can give a boost to their development. Afterwards, Cycle II runs for a total of five months.

"Being a coach is a process that takes a few months as it involves going through a process of learning (and unlearning)," the EEC explains. At the end of the training, all participants will be able to put into practice the range of tools, language distinctions and emotional management that a coach uses so that, in a conversation, the client can find their way to achieve their goal.
