Emilio Arsuaga, PCC coach, trainer, and supervisor at EEC, will conduct a live coaching session. Ruth Gavilán, PCC coach and co-academic director of EEC Madrid, will moderate the analysis of the session from the perspective of ICF's Core Competencies Model for Coaches.
In this interactive dynamic, participants will be invited to share their observations regarding the evidence shown by the coach for different competencies.
For example, what evidence is observed for establishing the session agreement?; What interventions by the coach contribute to evoking awareness?; How is the coach's presence observed?
Since we will conduct a live coaching session, some attendees may also benefit by being the client in the session.

ABOUT THE SPEAKERS
RUTH GAVILÁN. Executive Coach, PCC by ICF, and trainer in the Executive Coaching Certification Program at the European School of Coaching. As an executive coach, she carries out coaching processes for professionals from different sectors and managerial profiles in companies.
EMILIO ARSUAGA. Executive Coach, PCC by ICF, and supervisor and trainer at EEC.

To participate in the online sessions, each participant must identify themselves by providing their first and last name on the platforms, to facilitate interaction and to verify, if necessary, attendance at the sessions.
To receive continuing education credits for EEC Alumni activities, you must have a valid and current ICF certificate (ACC, PCC, or MCC) at the time of the activity, be present throughout the entire session, and complete the data we will request in the survey we will provide at the end of the session.
This activity will be livestreamed on one of EEC's streaming channels (Zoom, Webex, Showtime, etc.), so the quality of service may depend on the state of the device you use and the quality of your internet connection. Make sure to connect via cable rather than WiFi. If you will be watching from your company's servers, please confirm with your IT department that the firewall allows the connection.
