Emilio Arsuaga, PCC coach, trainer, and supervisor at EEC, will conduct a live coaching session. Ruth Gavilán, PCC coach and co-academic director of EEC Madrid, will moderate the analysis of the session from the perspective of ICF's Core Competencies Model for Coaches.
In this interactive dynamic, participants will be invited to share their observations regarding the evidence shown by the coach for different competencies.
For example, what evidence is observed for establishing the session agreement?; What interventions by the coach contribute to evoking awareness?; How is the coach's presence observed?
Since we will conduct a live coaching session, some attendees may also benefit by being the client in the session.
If you are interested in being a client, send us your details and the challenge you want to address to firstname.lastname@example.org before September 18 at 1:00 pm. We will review and respond to all requests.
