(Spanish mainland time)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n\u00bfQu\u00e9 ocurre de verdad cuando un cliente llama a la puerta pidiendo ayuda para su equipo?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En esta charla abrimos el cuaderno de bit\u00e1cora de un proyecto real de coaching de equipos y lo recorremos de principio a fin.<\/li>\n<li>Desde la primera conversaci\u00f3n con RRHH o con el l\u00edder, la fijaci\u00f3n de objetivos y las condiciones de contrataci\u00f3n, hasta la evaluaci\u00f3n final y el <em>refreshing<\/em> a los 3-4 meses, cuando comprobamos qu\u00e9 se ha sostenido en el tiempo.<\/li>\n<li>Hablaremos de los retos: resistencias, expectativas que no coinciden, el l\u00edder que quiere un atajo, el equipo que dice s\u00ed en la sala y no fuera de ella.<\/li>\n<li>Compartiremos las herramientas que nos funcionaron: observaci\u00f3n, feedback, preguntas, cocina, y acompa\u00f1amiento de reuniones.<\/li>\n<li>Y, sobre todo, pondremos la mirada en el papel del coach: qu\u00e9 hace, qu\u00e9 sostiene y qu\u00e9 decide no hacer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nABOUT THE RAPPORTEUR<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100px; height: 100px; margin: 10px; float: left;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.escuelacoaching.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/firma_foto_sandra_copia.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>SANDRA D\u00cdAZ LEONARDO<\/strong>.
