href=\"https:\/\/www.escuelacoaching.com\/en\/programmes\/mentor-coach-programme-for-mcs-2026\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">specific training in\u00a0<strong>Mentor Coaching<\/strong><\/a>, designed in accordance with the new requirements of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for those professionals who wish to practice as mentor coaches and obtain recognition\u00a0<strong>Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS)<\/strong>\u00a0through the professional experience route.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The programme, which will begin on&nbsp;<strong>24 September<\/strong>, will be taught&nbsp;<strong>online, live and via streaming<\/strong>, offering rigorous preparation aligned with international standards for those who wish to support other coaches in their professional development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Details of the ICF MCS Mentor Coach Programme<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>10 hours of specific training to apply for your MCS credential. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coaching by PCC and MCC Coaches as well as MCS Mentor Coaches. Co-Director of EEC, has already obtained her recognition <strong>Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS) <\/strong>from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), which at EEC we make available to fellow coaches, so that they can achieve the same milestone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As an expert coach mentor, Ruth also leads this new EEC Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS) programme, a specific training for mentor coaches to obtain this specialization, an ICF requirement for mentoring coaches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow Coaching Federation this spring in its accreditation model, incorporating new specialisations and credentials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among these changes presented by ICF, two new specialisations for coaches stand out:&nbsp;<strong>Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS) and Coaching Supervisor Specialization (CSS),<\/strong>&nbsp;and two new accreditations for programmes:&nbsp;<strong>AAMC (Advanced Accredited Mentor Coach) y AASC (Advanced Accredited Supervisor Coach).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Specialisations and accreditations that ICF offers to coaches who dedicate themselves, or wish to dedicate themselves, to mentoring and supervising other coaches, and which are already reflected in the European School of Coaching's
