European School of Coaching (EEC)<\/strong> announces their arrival at Miami, Florida<\/strong> in the United States, in 2026<\/strong>, a new milestone within its internationalisation strategy, following more than two decades of experience and prestige in the field of coaching in Europe and Latin America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Its arrival in Miami with in-person programmes marks a significant step in its international expansion and brings its academic offering closer to professionals interested in coaching, leadership and team development in the North American market; although it is not the first time EEC has provided training activities in the United States, where it has already delivered online training for companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This opening is also part of a wider growth process, which will continue with new developments in strategic markets such as Panama<\/strong> and Argentina<\/strong>, thereby reinforcing the school's international vocation and its commitment to continuing to support professionals and organisations in different cultural and business contexts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

European School of Coaching in Miami with 2 programmes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Arriving in Miami presents an opportunity for both those wishing to begin coaching through rigorous and internationally recognised training, and for coaches already in practice looking to broaden their skillsets, update their practice or specialise in new areas of intervention. As such, EEC's training offering in Miami will include two of its most representative programmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Executive Coaching Certification Programme<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Beginning on the 17 August 2026<\/strong>, this programme offers a training of 210 hours<\/strong> in format blended<\/strong>, with an experiential and practical methodology focused on the development of coaching, leadership, and communication competencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Level 2 training by ICF will allow participants to undertake their own coaching process alongside a professional coach, train coaching skills in an applied environment, incorporate artificial intelligence tools into their development as a coach, and carry out their first practical sessions with real clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 International Team Coaching Programme<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Beginning also the 17 August 2026<\/strong>, this programme, in In-person format<\/strong> and with a duration of 75 hours<\/strong>, it is aimed at supporting the transformation of high-performance teams within organisations through leadership skills coaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The training proposal, AATC by ICF, focuses on a deep reading of team dynamics from a systemic approach, the development of trusting environments, practice with real teams, and personalised supervision by accredited coaches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A consolidated track record with international reach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With more than\u00a06,000 certified coaches<\/strong>, more than\u00a018,000 students worldwide<\/strong>\u00a0and more than\u00a035,000 hours of individual executive coaching<\/strong>, EEC arrives in Miami backed by a solid track record of supporting leaders, teams, and organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the distinguishing features of EEC is its approach geared towards professional practice.
