In the workshop \u00ab<strong>Listening in the body to what the words remain silent<\/strong>\u00bbThe emotion expert and MCC coach, <strong>M\u00f3nica P\u00e9rez-Zorrilla<\/strong>,The focus was on an idea that was as simple as it was powerful:\u00a0<strong>the body is the first place where what we do not yet know how to say is made manifest<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The session was an invitation to participants to look at emotional experience more accurately, distinguishing between&nbsp;<strong>emotion, feeling and mood<\/strong>, and understanding where the coach can intervene to accompany a real process of awareness-raising:&nbsp;<em>\u00abEmotion happens.
