Start with the conversation you are avoiding\u00bb.\u00bb<\/em>. In the same vein, he recalled that\u00a0<em>\u00abAI is going to change how we work. But leadership will decide how we live that change\u00bb.\u00bb<\/em>, further stressing that\u00a0<strong>being a coach - or leading with a coach's mentality - has become a competitive advantage<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On its part,\u00a0<strong>Beatriz Roca<\/strong>\u00a0emphasised one of the most critical competencies for the present and future of organisations: the ability to have courageous conversations with teams. In his words,\u00a0<em>\u00abCourageous conversations with teams will continue to be the competence of those leaders who are increasingly necessary in any professional environment. It is essential to train in the acquisition of this competence\u00bb.\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting left a shared conclusion: at a time of technological acceleration, leadership does not lose relevance, but multiplies it.
