The news of the change has been collected <a href=\"https:\/\/www.expansion.com\/empresas\/2026\/03\/07\/69ab3239468aeb0d3c8b45a0.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">by the business daily Expansi\u00f3n.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Escuela Europea de Coaching (EEC), a leading organisation in the sector for more than 23 years, announces a change of hands and a change of management as part of an operation aimed at providing continuity to the legacy and accelerating the expansion and internationalisation of the project.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new phase, led by Javier Marroqu\u00edn as the new CEO of EEC, is part of a clear strategy: to maintain the boutique and artisanal spirit - EEC's hallmark - and, at the same time, to accelerate internationalisation in order to reach beyond its solid client base, including IBEX 35 companies.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abWe are at a strategic moment for coaching and for the development of leaders and teams: we are going to take care of what makes EEC unique, its rigour, its closeness and its boutique style, and, from there, boost its growth and international projection\u00bb, says Javier, who says he feels \u00abproud to give continuity to this brilliant team\u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Continuing the legacy, boosting growth<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Escuela Europea de Coaching has been led since its creation in Madrid in 2003 by its founders Eva L\u00f3pez-Acevedo and Silvia Guarnieri, who will remain linked to the organisation, and say they have chosen to give way to this generational change in order to grow the scope of EEC beyond its current environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the words of Eva L\u00f3pez Acevedo, \u00abwe are convinced that Javier is taking on our legacy with enthusiasm and with the aim of promoting EEC's development possibilities to the maximum\u00bb.
