{"id":37008,"date":"2025-09-18T13:38:05","date_gmt":"2025-09-18T12:38:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.escuelacoaching.com\/?p=37008"},"modified":"2026-02-27T10:04:10","modified_gmt":"2026-02-27T09:04:10","slug":"it-all-happens-in-conversation-the-eec-podcast-channel-is-born","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.escuelacoaching.com\/en\/blog\/uncategorized-3\/it-all-happens-in-conversation-the-eec-podcast-channel-is-born\/","title":{"rendered":"\"Todo Sucede Conversando\", EEC's podcast channel is born"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We have a premiere. is born&nbsp;<strong>\"Everything Happens in Conversation<\/strong>a new communication channel in which we want to share something we deeply believe in: advocacy and the unparalleled value of a conversation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this space, created to talk, reflect and create together, we propose to explore the conversations that exist, those that are missing and those that are surplus, whether they are internal, with others or with society, and to do so from different disciplines and perspectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thus, in the first episodes we are accompanied by very diverse voices:<strong> Pablo d'Ors<\/strong>The priest, thinker and author of outstanding works such as 'Biography of Silence'; the philosopher and educator <strong>Jos\u00e9 Antonio Marina<\/strong>who has just published 'The vaccine against foolishness'; <strong>Isabel Cid-Harguindey,<\/strong> executive coach and expert in educational innovation to talk about how we learn; and <strong>Sandra D\u00edaz<\/strong>executive coach and psychologist, and <strong>Miguel G\u00f3mez<\/strong>Spanish shot put champion, who will be the protagonists of the first of these talks in the framework of the<strong>elationship between mother and son and their careers in coaching and sport.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The interviews are conducted by Silvia Guarnieri, founding partner of the EEC and Senior Coach MCC and expert in leadership, communication and professional development; and Lydia Vidal, specialist in communication and executive coaching, ACC Coach by ICF, and will be published on the Escuela Europea de Coaching channels. <strong>on a fortnightly basis in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/playlist?list=PLlAxTDtu9Jrs0knRYpdOeSRb1GEnzsHMZ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">YouTube<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/open.spotify.com\/playlist\/1R507Nba4aANk1Npblj2zW\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Spotify<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because everything happens through conversation.
