{"id":36175,"date":"2025-06-17T09:08:56","date_gmt":"2025-06-17T08:08:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.escuelacoaching.com\/?p=36175"},"modified":"2026-02-13T10:00:01","modified_gmt":"2026-02-13T09:00:01","slug":"we-close-the-11th-edition-of-the-mentoring-programme-campvs-a-firm-commitment-to-labour-inclusion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.escuelacoaching.com\/en\/blog\/news\/we-close-the-11th-edition-of-the-mentoring-programme-campvs-a-firm-commitment-to-labour-inclusion\/","title":{"rendered":"Emotion and Learning at the Closing of the CAMPVS Mentoring Program for Inclusive Employment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As graduation season unfolds, we at Escuela Europea de Coaching are also celebrating the end of a very special journey: the 11th edition <strong>of CAMPVS, the mentoring program for inclusion driven by Fundaci\u00f3n A LA PAR.<\/strong>This initiative brings together business professionals and young people with intellectual disabilities in a process of mutual development and preparation for the professional world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Over six months, 66 pairs of volunteer mentors and CAMPVS students<\/strong> have walked a shared path of learning, growth, and discovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mentoring that leaves a mark in both directions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For the young mentees, <a href=\"https:\/\/alapar.ong\/kick-off-del-programa-de-mentoring-de-campvs-nuevas-empresas-apuestan-por-la-inclusion\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/alapar.ong\/kick-off-del-programa-de-mentoring-de-campvs-nuevas-empresas-apuestan-por-la-inclusion\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">this journey has been a real introduction<\/a> to the professional world: company visits, interview training, <strong>development of social and life skills\u2014and, above all, a new way of seeing themselves<\/strong> with more confidence and possibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the professional mentors, it has also been a transformative process. Their growth comes not only from accompanying their mentees but also from the specific training provided by EEC, equipping them with the tools and skills to take on the mentoring role effectively <strong>\u2014such as active listening, trust-building, and presence.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Over a decade of mentoring for inclusion <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.escuelacoaching.com\/blog\/noticias\/66-jovenes-con-discapacidad-intelectual-mas-cerca-de-un-empleo-gracias-al-mentoring\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Since 2014, EEC has partnered with Fundaci\u00f3n A LA PAR<\/a> to train and support mentors throughout the program.
