A skill that coaches at EEC show and train and which, on 10 September, Sandra D\u00edaz Leonardo, executive coach and trainer at Escuela Europea de Coaching, explained in detail in an online workshop at EEC Alumni.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Linguistic Reconstruction of Emotion, a technique that invites coachees to review their narrative and the judgements associated with their emotional experiences, was the focus of the online session attended by over 115 people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The participants also had the opportunity to do practical exercises to learn how to identify facts, judgements, emotions and actions, and how these categories are intertwined in the decision-making process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Experiential learning, key to EEC Alumni<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The coach kicked off the workshop that<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>\"not all emotions, even if they seem negative, are useless, sometimes restlessness, ambition or even anger can be useful to drive action\".<\/strong><strong>,<\/strong>&nbsp;and closed it by focusing on the design of future actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thus, Sandra D\u00edaz Leonardo underlined the importance of designing conversations and actions based on emotional states by showing that<strong>&nbsp;changing the observer is key to unlocking the potential for action in people.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This workshop is an example of Escuela Europea de Coaching's commitment to training coaches who know how to use language and emotions as tools for personal and professional transformation.<\/p><\/a>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The importance of emotions in the coaching process is something known to professionals in the sector.
