It is the stone in the shoe.<\/p>\n<p>This is followed by a process of <strong>listening, creativity, innovation, trust and confidence. <\/strong>and a fluid conversation to co-design strategies and actions that impact and generate the desired objective.<\/p>\n<p>This creates an opportunity to <strong>growth for the company's people<\/strong> and, simultaneously too, an opportunity arises for us in the EEC to be able to <strong>to unfold our own purpose.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When we founded EEC, we wanted to add a grain of sand, as a ripple effect, to create a better world. And, since then, the <strong>people's well-being <\/strong>is what has moved us.<\/p>\n<p>From this point of view, HR professionals are for us like a joint in the human body,<strong> you are the arm that makes possible what we do in EEC <\/strong>and you are also the hinge between business and what needs to happen.<\/p>\n<p>Without processes such as those we carry out with organizations from<a href=\"https:\/\/www.escuelacoaching.com\/en\/consultancy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> EEC Consulting<\/a>, people in the companies would not feel as strongly about the <strong>cared for<\/strong> and they would not be so <strong>committed<\/strong> with the business.<\/p>\n<p>We feel that from HR you are gradually sowing seeds to ensure that the <strong>teams have a better life<\/strong>.
