We are all born with unique and extraordinary qualities; we just have to listen to ourselves and find our \u2018Element\u2019. This is, essentially, the theory advocated by Sir Ken Robinson, a renowned American educator and writer, an expert in the field of teaching quality, and which he details in the book \u2018The Element\u2019, along with Lou Aronica.<\/p>\n

The element is what everyone flows into and enjoys<\/h2>\n

The book is excellent for understanding the importance of finding \u00abmy element\u00bb, that which we flow with and enjoy. My passion.\u00a0The element is a space where the things we love to do and the things we're good at converge.\u00a0<\/span>For Sir Ken Robinson, finding your element is crucial for long-term wellbeing and success.<\/p>\n

How can we find out?<\/h2>\n

The key lies in identifying our personal skills and passions, those things we are good at and, furthermore, enjoy doing. The author warns us of the limitations that sometimes make it difficult for us to find our element:<\/p>\n

  • Capacity<\/span>The first limit we set is ourselves, by not understanding the scope of our possibilities, of our capabilities.<\/li>\n
  • Interconnection<\/span>The second limit is in our understanding of how all these capabilities relate to each other in a comprehensive way.<\/li>\n
  • Renewal<\/span>The third limit is our poor understanding of our potential to grow and change, to renew ourselves.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Losing the fear that it's too late<\/h2>\n

    \u00abHuman life is dynamic and cyclical. Different abilities are expressed with more or less strength at different times in our lives,\u00bb says Sir Ken Robinson. With this quote, the author wants to invite us to lose the fear of thinking that it is Too late<\/em>.<\/p>\n
