This morning, the workshop \u2018The King's Speech\u2019 was held for the first time, attended by directors, executives and professionals interested in people development.<\/p>\n
A conference led by Montse Sans, academic coordinator of the EEC in the Valencian Community, alongside Joan D\u00edaz, director of EEC Catalonia and corporate business director of the EEC.<\/p>\n
Professionals interested in analysing the leadership strategies featured in the film \u2018The King's Speech\u2019 participated in the workshop.<\/p>\n
To overcome a significant obstacle (the impossibility of public speaking), the protagonist of The King's Speech resorts to a speech therapist with whom he trains to gain confidence and security.<\/p>\n
In the business world, managers and executives also have training in leadership and communication techniques available to them to improve their self-awareness and refine their team management methods. These skills increase the fluidity of communication, trust between work colleagues, and motivation, and therefore, business results.<\/p>\n
On the occasion of Book Day and Sant Jordi, today, April 23rd, attendees received a signed copy of \u2018No es lo mismo\u2019 as a gift, co-written by Silvia Guarnieri, founding partner of the EEC and Master Certified Coach.<\/p>\n
