The Entrepreneurship Coaching Programme, promoted by the Institute for Innovation and Competitiveness of the Caja Rural Castilla-La Mancha Foundation and which has just completed its first part, has enabled around twenty entrepreneurs to strengthen their projects and learn about diverse topics such as leadership, listening, beliefs and creativity, or resolving conflicts and emotions.<\/p>\n
At the closing ceremony held on Wednesday, December 10th in Toledo, the foundation's director, Ana Isabel L\u00f3pez-Casero, expressed her hope that \"through the magnificent teachers of the European School of Coaching, all the necessary tools and elements for reflection have been transmitted to the participants to develop and overcome their initiatives and make the chosen slogan effective: \u201cExceed your brand\u201d.\" . <\/p>\n
The event, presided over by the foundation's director, Ana Isabel L\u00f3pez-Casero Beltr\u00e1n, also included the presence of the Chamber's Secretary General, Fernando S\u00e1nchez-Beato, the Secretary General of the Toledan Business Federation (Fedeto), Manuel Madruga, and Fernando Vargas, projects director at the European School of Coaching.<\/p>\n
The EEC, responsible for delivering the training content, expressed its gratitude, through Fernando Vargas, for the collaboration of the participating institutions \u201cto facilitate the development of future leaders and ensure that people are willing to challenge themselves and reinvent themselves in an improved way, opening up new possibilities and skills.\u201d.<\/p>\n
In this regard, L\u00f3pez-Casero assured \u201cthat the world is built by adding, and the sum of organisations working towards job creation is worth consolidating. All parties understand that backing entrepreneurs is backing the building of the future.\u201d.<\/p>\n
The programme, the foundation's director specified, \u201chas consisted of eight group workshops, covering subjects related to leadership and skills, through which entrepreneurs from the region, primarily from Toledo, have been able to launch a business and professional project.\u201d.<\/p>\n
From now on, the programme will be completed with another eight individual coaching sessions in Madrid, Toledo and via Skype, in which objectives will be proposed and results measured. <\/p>\n
