Alongside them, EEC founding partners Silvia Guarnieri and Eva L\u00f3pez-Acevedo, and Rafael Atencia, Managing Director of Primeum, facilitated a discussion on people, strategies, change, and results.<\/p>\n<p>Below are some of the comments shared that morning, which are featured in an extensive four-page report in the prestigious April issue, which can be read <a href=\"http:\/\/www.equiposytalento.com\/reportajes\/1-desayunos-con-talento\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Equipos y Talento website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eva L\u00f3pez-Acevedo, EEC<br \/><\/strong>\u201cFor a few years now, HR departments have moved from being considered a cost centre to a profit centre because they are the hinge between management and people.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Silvia Guarnieri, EEC<br \/><\/strong>\"We must make people understand that change is the constant and not the exception, and that when it arises, we must be creative with courage and bravery.\"<\/p>\n<p><strong>Carmen Polo, HR Director at Axa Insurance<br \/><\/strong> \u201cThe era when HR was merely a provider of excellent processes has ended, and now we must exercise transformational leadership of people's emotions and behaviours within organisations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ana Lara, HR Director of Diageo<br \/><\/strong> \u201cThe challenge for Human Resources is to be a business on the one hand, and to set an example of behaviour on the other. A permanent and essential element must also be communication: we must share what our common objective is and the path to achieve it.\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ana Villaca\u00f1as, HR Director at FCC<br \/><\/strong> \u201cHR is the driver of change, acting as an agent in constant contact with the people in the organisation. To achieve this, we must be global, not specific, and international; coaches and even mentors, and we must rely on team leaders, who should also be facilitators of change.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rafael Atencia, Managing Director of Primeum<br \/><\/strong> \u201cWe believe that our activity, which focuses on variable remuneration systems, should incorporate people management, as change can also be driven by incentives.<br \/>I'm sorry, I can't translate the requested content.
