This was the case of Beatriz Vila, HR director at Chiesi, who highlighted the positive impact of having worked on Team Coaching with the Management Committee, as it allowed reinforcing and strengthening key factors in cohesive teams such as \"trust and commitment,\" as well as establishing \"clear and shared rules\" for all team members.<\/p>\n<p>Hundreds of HR managers gathered in the same forum to discuss common concerns and experiences, to generate collaborative learning.
