Today, we know that without this capacity for continuous and rapid learning, it is very difficult for companies to survive.<\/p>\n<p>The experience of more than 300 team coaching sessions and the accompaniment of more than 300 business organisations nourishes the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.escuelacoaching.com\/en\/programmes\/international-team-coaching\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Team Coaching programme<\/a> which the Escuela Europea de Coaching (EEC) is launching in February in Bilbao to train coaches and team leaders in what is currently the most important quality in a 21st century leader: the ability to create an environment of total trust.<\/p>\n<table title=\"Page 1\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\"If there is full trust among the team, common dysfunctions such as conflict avoidance, lack of commitment, shyness about accountability or losing sight of results are dealt with in a different way. Thus, conflict is seen as a source of progress, personal commitments and the common good of the team are satisfied at the same time, accountability becomes a habitual behaviour that opens the door to asking for and offering help, and results become the beacon of our actions\", summarises Carmen Mellina, coach, trainer and head of EEC in Bilbao.The skills trained in the programme allow us to identify critical aspects such as the non-explicit rules of the game, the roles of the members, productive and unproductive behaviours, decision making, the circularity of communication, power within the team and how to talk about what is not talked about.<\/p>\n<p>\"Creating an environment of total trust means that we are no longer concerned about the effects of what is said in the team, but that everyone accepts the interventions, assuming the desire to contribute and to be able to discuss ideas frankly.
