On 14 March 2019, the second edition of the HR & Dircom International Forum: Building Reputation will take place at the Bankia Auditorium, Madrid, a meeting point for HR directors and communication directors, whose mission is to facilitate information and provide an exchange of experiences on the subject at an international level between high-level professionals with management functions in human resources and communication.<\/p>\n
Fernando Vargas, project director at EEC, will be in charge of the event organised by the International Organisation of Human Capital Managers - DCH, Corporate Excellence - Centre for Reputation Leadership and the Association of Communication Managers - Dircom.<\/p>\n
The keynote address, Making assessment work for the organisation, will be given by Helen Baron BPS British Psychological Society Co-convenor of the BPS Working Group on Assessment Centre Standards.<\/p>\n
Carlos Rey, Director of the Chair of Mission Management and Corporate Governance UIC - International University of Catalonia, will address the 'Importance of Purpose for Communication and Alignment of Corporate Culture.<\/p>\n
