A meeting point for the exchange of experiences and learning.<\/p>\n<p>The launch of the Agile Commission, promoted by Escuela Europea de Coaching (EEC) within DCH, has attracted more than 20 HR directors from companies such as Roche Pharma, Telef\u00f3nica, Movistar, D\u00eda, EVO or Sandoz, among others, to the EEC facilities in Madrid, which is the biggest success in the presentation of a DCH commission.<\/p>\n<p>For Fernando Vargas, EEC's project manager and one of the driving forces behind the Commission, the launch was a resounding success, both in terms of the number of participants and the commitment shown by those attending, who, he explains, \"have each assigned themselves a role in the sub-commissions to share and learn along the way\".&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The nearly 20 Human Resources Managers who came to give the green light to this working group organised by EEC and DCH, who shared at the beginning their expectations in relation to the group \"to learn, motivate people, catch up, face new challenges and break new ground\" had the opportunity to incorporate dynamics and experiences for agility, as the very presentation of the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.orgdch.org\/agile-nueva-comision-de-trabajo-de-dch-impulsada-por-eec\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Agile Commission<\/a>EEC has realised it on the basis of agile techniques.<\/p>\n<p>The first step has been taken this October.
