{"id":27681,"date":"2019-12-11T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-12-10T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.escuelacoaching.com\/agilismo-y-rrhh-preguntas-y-retos-en-la-comision-de-agilismo-de-eec-y-dch\/"},"modified":"2026-02-13T09:41:13","modified_gmt":"2026-02-13T08:41:13","slug":"agility-and-hr-questions-and-challenges-in-the-eec-and-dch-agility-commission","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.escuelacoaching.com\/en\/blog\/news\/agility-and-hr-questions-and-challenges-in-the-eec-and-dch-agility-commission\/","title":{"rendered":"Agile and HR: questions and challenges at the Agile Commission of EEC and DCH"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On the first working day of the Agile Commission, the members have built a back-log of tasks, i.e. a list of actions needed to advance in their goal of collecting in a document the\u00a0<em>best practices<\/em>\u00a0and key questions about Agile transformation from an HR perspective.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.orgdch.org\/inicia-su-actividad-la-comision-agile-de-dch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DCH Agile Commission<\/a>,chaired by EEC and composed of HR experts from different companies that are members of the DCH Association, will present its conclusions in March to the total number of organisations in DCH.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #2a2a2a; font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold;\">Agile: first day, first tasks<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>At the EEC workshop, the three working subcommittees have shaped their respective tasks to deepen the impact and challenges of agility.<\/p>\n<p>The Diagnosis and Sense subcommittee, to address the first steps to be taken by any organisation considering joining agile; the People and Organisation subcommittee, to study the structure organisations need, what happens with liquid structures, with communication with collaborators and with the limits of error in order to continue learning. Finally, the KPIs subcommittee will focus on indicators to analyse the ROI of agility on people and results.<\/p>\n<h2>Team Coaching by Agile<\/h2>\n<p>To ensure the effectiveness of the conversations in each of the working groups, EEC arranged for an expert coach in Team Coaching to play three simultaneous roles: the role of moderator, time keeper and decision-maker, and in which the intention of his or her listening and the questions proposed varied. \u00abThese are three roles that we usually train the members of a team to take on and that today we are showing you how they are executed so that you can use them not only in this working time but also, we hope, incorporate them into your respective organisations\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h2>Objective: the agile white paper<\/h2>\n<p>The meeting was coordinated by Fernando Vargas, coach and expert in Agilism, who reminded the attendees that the objective is \u00abto contribute with generosity to generate collaborative learning, first among the members of the commission itself, and then with all the organisations that form part of DCH, always bearing in mind that nothing that is presented in the different stages is definitive, as the idea is to continue updating at all times in a permanent and constant manner\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abThe aim is to become a Think Tank where we can share the big questions related to the implementation of Agile in organisations, and bring them together in an intelligent way to continue building the future of organisations\u00bb, said Fernando Vargas, coach and project manager at EEC and coordinator of this Agile Commission.<\/p>\n<p>The professionals who have decided to form part of this working group defined its mission as \u00bbto generate a white paper on Agile for the companies that are part of the DCH Association, in order to find out why an organisation is considering an Agile transformation, what impact it has on HR and also what the economic indicators are\u00bb.\u00bb<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On the first working day of the Agile Commission, the members have built a back-log of tasks, i.e. a list of actions needed to advance their goal of collecting in a document the best practices and key questions about the Agile transformation from an HR point of view.
