Our own hands, in service of creativity and imagination, can be incredibly powerful tools for creating new futures. The LEGO\u00ae Serious Play activity, held at EEC Barcelona, was much more than child's play: the Lego bricks showcased their application within the company and also their usefulness in coaching processes.<\/p>\n
The LEGO\u00ae Serious Play methodology is a method that proposes, through play and the use of imagination, to explore different possibilities to ultimately increase personal or business effectiveness. This was confirmed yesterday by the more than 20 participants in the workshop, who were able to manipulate the classic building blocks to generate an open and dynamic dialogue that leads to discovering new ways of thinking and new perspectives, as explained in the activity.<\/p>\n
The workshop was organised by EEC Alumni, the learning community of the European School of Coaching (EEC), and coordinated by Carmen Jim\u00e9nez, an executive and team coach, facilitator of the LEGO\u00ae Serious Play Methodology, and an expert in \u00abworking on communication through imagery and generating environments conducive to reflection and creativity.\u00bb.<\/p>\n
Upon concluding the activity, the speaker shared how connecting with \u00abour inner child\u00bb allows us to \u00abimagine, create, build, share, flow, and reflect,\u00bb and she wished to thank EEC for the \u00abgreat turnout\u00bb and the attendees for \u00abgiving yourselves permission to play without judgment or limitations, and with curiosity.\u00bb.<\/p>\n
