A space for training and development in soft skills, in other words, in those non-technical knowledge and behaviours that are proving to be so necessary (amidst uncertainty and crises) in the workplace, as soft skills enable agreements to be reached, actions to be coordinated within multidisciplinary, multicultural, and remote teams, and foster environments of trust, flexibility, and well-being.<\/p>\n<p>Daniel Goleman, the creator of the concept of Emotional Intelligence, already said: \u00abRemember that self-discipline, resilience, empathy, collaboration, and communication skills are competencies based on emotional intelligence that distinguish star performers from the average.\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>The EEC Summer Executive School is aimed at business professionals, entrepreneurs, middle managers, people and team leaders, executives, and indeed all professionals, as these skills are increasingly sought after by employers.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 100%;\">\n<div style=\"position: relative; padding-bottom: 56.25%; padding-top: 0; height: 0;\"><iframe style=\"position: absolute; top: 0; left: 0; width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/view.genial.ly\/5ed7b6ff2c645e0d7ac8f109\" width=\"1200px\" height=\"675px\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"yes\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Flexible and modular networking<\/h2>\n<p>EEC proposes a modular, flexible, and individually adaptable itinerary to tackle \u2018The Networking Challenge\u2019. As such, it offers a range of competencies and skills, a variety of approaches and themes that start with executive coaching, include current trends and organisational needs, and emphasise the importance of emotional management.<\/p>\n<p>The variety of subject matter is complemented by a variety of formats. Professionals have 12-hour thematic modules or 3-hour 'taster' workshops to boost their approaches to managing conflict, confidence, interculturality, and team resilience, for example. From 29 June to 31 July, the offering includes 66 hours to work on soft skills through modules and workshops that can be combined according to areas for improvement, strengths, or availability.<\/p>\n<h2>Executive School in EEC as a result of the experience<\/h2>\n<p>\u00abSurely the changes that have occurred have made us discover resources that we were previously unaware of. We are not only changing; we are also observing the speed at which this process of change is happening. The different systems in which we live (family, work, education, social relationships, leisure, sport, etc.) have been altered and have also modified our habits and customs.
